The Topsfield Historical Society maintains the Parson Capen House and the Gould Barn.
Topsfield Town Common National Register Historic District
One of the best preserved New England Town Commons, the Topsfield Town Common includes buildings of many architectural styles - the First Period Parson Capen House, two grand Federalist homes, the Greek Revival Meetinghouse, the Second Empire Town Hall, and the Georgian Revival Library and Proctor School.
The Town Library houses an impressive art collection and rotating exhibits and offers significant genealogy and local history resources.
